Classic Desert Safari (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides desert safari tours and related experiences in Dubai, including
morning safaris, evening safaris, dune buggy rides, quad biking, and hot air balloon experiences (the “Services”).
Some activities may be delivered by licensed partners. Your booking remains supported by our team unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2) Bookings & Confirmation
- How to book: via website forms, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Confirmation: your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message/email, or when payment (if required) is successfully processed.
- Accuracy: you must provide correct contact details and pickup location to avoid delays or cancellation.
3) Pricing & Inclusions
Package prices and inclusions are displayed on the website and may vary by season, availability, pickup zone, and group size.
Unless stated otherwise, prices shown are per person.
- Inclusions depend on the selected package (e.g., transfers, dune bashing, dinner, shows).
- Photos, souvenirs, and certain premium add-ons may be optional and charged separately.
4) Payments
- Payments may be required in full or as a deposit depending on the package and date.
- Online payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
- If payment fails or is reversed, the booking may be cancelled.
5) Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation eligibility depends on the package booked and timing. The most current cancellation rules are described on our
Cancellation Policy page and/or your booking confirmation message.
- Free cancellation: may apply to select bookings when cancelled within the allowed window.
- Late cancellations/no-shows: may be non-refundable due to reserved vehicles, staff, and permits.
- Refund method: refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method where possible.

6) Pickup, Arrival & No-Shows

7) Safety, Conduct & Restrictions
Desert activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you agree to follow staff instructions and safety rules.
- Health: guests with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or motion sensitivity should consult a professional and notify us before booking.
- Age limits: certain activities have minimum age/height requirements (e.g., dune buggy/quad, balloon).
- Zero tolerance: dangerous behavior, harassment, or intoxication may result in removal without refund.
Specific requirements (age 5+ for balloon, 16+ for self-driving vehicles, etc.) should match your package pages.
8) Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classic Desert Safari is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.
We are not responsible for delays or service interruption due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road closures,
government restrictions, mechanical issues, or force majeure events.
9) Website Use & Intellectual Property
- All website content (text, images, design elements, logos) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit site content without written permission.
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt site functionality.
