The Can-Am Maverick X3 is a high-performance side-by-side UTV built by BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) in Canada. Our fleet runs the 1000cc turbocharged Rotax engine producing up to 200 HP — the most powerful production UTV available for desert tours in Dubai. It features FOX Racing 2.5 Podium suspension with 22 inches of travel, making it the smoothest ride over big dunes.

We offer four packages: the 30-minute express ride at AED 460, the 1-hour full desert experience at AED 750 (most popular), the 4-seater family ride at AED 950 for 1 hour, and the 2-hour VIP extended tour at AED 1,200. All prices are per buggy and include safety gear, training, a professional guide, and hotel pickup.

No — you do not need any driving licence. Our rides take place in private desert terrain, not on public roads. The Can-Am X3 uses an automatic CVT transmission, so you only use a throttle pedal and a brake pedal. Your guide provides a full safety briefing and driving tutorial before every ride. Minimum age to drive is 16 years.

Absolutely. Every ride starts with a hands-on training session where your guide walks you through the controls, steering response, and dune driving techniques. The Maverick X3 has a reinforced roll cage, 4-point racing harnesses, doors with side nets, and FOX suspension that absorbs impacts smoothly. Your guide leads the convoy from a support Land Cruiser and stays in radio contact throughout.

The 2-seater Can-Am X3 carries one driver and one passenger — it feels sportier and more agile, perfect for couples and thrill-seekers. The 4-seater Can-Am Maverick MAX has an extended wheelbase with rear seats for two extra passengers, making it ideal for families and friend groups. Both share the same 200 HP turbocharged engine and safety equipment.

Yes — we arrange private Can-Am tours for individuals, couples, corporate groups, and special events. A private tour gives you a dedicated guide, flexible departure times, and exclusive routes. All Can-Am rides take place at Al Badayer (Big Red) in the Lahbab desert — the most famous red dune area in the UAE. The terrain features towering sand dunes up to 100 metres high, making it the ultimate playground for high-performance UTVs. The location is approximately 45 to 60 minutes from central Dubai, and hotel pickup brings you directly to the staging area.

Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes (trainers or boots), lightweight clothing, and sunscreen. We provide full-face helmets, riding goggles, and face masks for sand protection. Leave loose scarves and dangling jewellery at the hotel — they can catch on the roll cage. Bring your phone for photos but secure it in a zipped pocket during the ride.
